As Calu says, her encounter with ceramics was “love at first sight”. Mixing hand painting with the application of decals made with porcelain ink, Calu's art is applied in works that mix and are inspired by the fauna, flora, religions and distant cultures, with the aim of composing an eclectic repertoire by bringing pieces with a singular and unforgettable graphic.
